Brilliant piece of kit. I was sick of dragging my massive multi-function tester out just to check for a dead socket. This pocket digital multimeter fits right in my jacket and the Fluke reliability is unmatched.
The continuity tester multimeter function is lightning fast. Much better than the cheap UNI-T meter I had before. The TL75 leads are top quality too. Perfect for daily maintenance callouts.
Great compact digital multimeter. Very accurate on DC voltage for my fire alarm panel checks. Only giving 4 stars because the screen could be a tiny bit brighter in dark ceiling voids, but it's still excellent.

Testing Procedures
- Safety First: Ensure the meter and TL75 test leads are free from damage before use. Verify the CAT rating is appropriate for your testing environment.
- How to use a multimeter digital for Voltage: Turn the rotary dial to the V~ (AC) or V⎓ (DC) setting. Connect the black lead to COM and the red lead to the VΩ terminal. Apply probes to the circuit to read the voltage.
- How to measure electrical resistance with multimeter: Isolate the circuit from the power supply. Turn the dial to the Ω (Ohms) setting. Touch the probes across the component to get a precise resistance reading.
- How to check continuity: Turn the dial to the continuity beeper symbol. Touch the probes together to test the beep, then apply to the isolated circuit. A continuous beep indicates a closed, healthy circuit.
- How to measure electric current using multimeter: For basic current checks, ensure you are in the correct A/mA setting and terminal. For high-current AC testing, we recommend pairing this unit with a dedicated digital clamp multimeter.
